Priority Bill Pay


This bill pay service is FREE for enrolled PFCU members .

You must have a share draft checking account with the credit union to utilize Priority Bill Pay. This feature will allow you to pay bills using your personal computer and have those payments automatically drafted from your PFCU Share Draft Checking Account instead of writing and mailing checks. Priority Bill Pay also includes a Gift Check and Charitable Gift Check option to make sending a money gift easy and inexpensive.

Priority Bill Pay processing cutoff is 3:00 pm Central each day. All payments initiated prior to 3 PM will process that business day and will post to your account. Payments scheduled after 3 PM will process and post the next business day.

If you are interested in using Priority Bill Pay, you can click the button below and it will take you to the Priority Bill Pay Login Screen. This screen is where you will login to use the bill pay service. This screen also includes a Demo feature to help you get started, and is also where you will initially enroll for a Priority Bill Pay account.

You must click the ' Enroll ' button, complete the required information and submit your request for enrollment. You will receive notification when your enrollment has been established and is available for use. When you submit your enrollment request, you acknowledge, accept and agree to all Terms & Conditions relating to the Priority Bill Pay service.

Terms and Conditions

  1. When you submit your enrollment request, you acknowledge, accept and agree to all Terms and Conditions relating to the Priority Bill Pay.
  2. As the account owner, you are solely responsible for the secure safekeeping of your Priority Bill Pay ID and Password.
  3. Priority Bill Pay is a secure site and connection, and no one but you will have access to your account without your ID and Password. Therefore, you are fully responsible for all transactions initiated via Priority Bill Pay. If you share your ID and Password with another person(s), you are granting them full access to your account and accepting full responsibility for all transactions initiated by that person(s).
  4. All transactions initiated via Priority Bill Pay shall be deemed valid authorization for the transaction. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term 'transaction' shall refer to any scheduled payment for the purpose of disbursing funds.
  5. The credit union is not responsible for fees, penalties or charges, direct or indirect, resulting from transactions that did not process or payments that did not post timely due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
    a... Incorrect payee account information is provided.
    b... Inadequate mail time is allowed for payment to arrive prior to the due date.
    c... If you are unable to access Priority Bill Pay because the process provider is experiencing technical difficulties.
    d... If the scheduled payment is deleted because there is not enough money in your account to complete the transaction.
    e... If you used Priority Bill Pay in an incorrect manner.
    f... If a computer you are using is not working properly.
    g... If the error is caused by a network system you are utilizing.
    h... If circumstances beyond our control, such as flood, fire or power failure, prevent the transaction.
    i... If funds in your account are subject to legal process or other claim.
    j... If funds in your account are pledged as collateral or frozen because of a delinquent loan or other default.
    k... If an attempt to notify you of a problem is returned due to invalid address or email address on file.
    l... Any other exceptions as established by PFCU.
  6. All notices from us will be effective, and deemed delivered, when we have mailed or emailed them to your last known address in the Credit Union's records. It is your responsibility to notify the Credit Union if you have a change of address or email address.
  7. All notices from you will be effective when received by the Credit Union.
  8. The Credit Union reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions upon which the Priority Bill Pay service is offered. We will send you a notice prior to the effective date and also post a notice on the web site Bulletin Board. Conducting a bill pay transaction after the effective date will be your acknowledgement and acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
  9. In the event either party brings a legal action to enforce these Terms and Conditions or collect overdrawn funds resulting from bill pay transactions, the prevailing party shall be entitled, subject to applicable law, to payment by the other party of its reasonable attorney's fees and costs, including fees on any appeal, court costs, and any post-judgment collection action fees and charges, if applicable. If there is a lawsuit, you agree that it will be filed and heard in the jurisdiction of the court of Pope County, Arkansas.
